Upper Country Water District Declaration of Candidacy Notice
Notice is hereby given that the 4-Year term of the present Board Members representing the areas of Altonah, Mount Emmons, Altamont and Mountain Home will expire December 31st, 2023, and positions of Board Member to represent each of those areas on the Upper Country Water Improvement District Board of Trustee are to be filled. All persons interested in filing for the position may do so by filling a Declaration of Candidacy in person with the District Clerk during regular office hours and not later than 5:00pm between June 1st, 2023 – June 7th, 2023, at the District office, 4132 North 15675 West | Altamont, Utah 84001.
Candidate Filing Requirements:
U.S. Citizen at time of filing.
